How do I order any of your video products?

I've placed my order--now what?

A Reel Productions TV representative will contact you to coordinate a date and time for your video shoot. Our videographers are normally available to shoot your video within a few days of booking.

Explain the production process.

It’s simple. You fill out the online order form or contact us to set up your shoot. Our crew shoots your video which is then taken to the post-production editing process of adding a professional voiceover, music overlay and custom graphics. Once complete, we deliver the video!

How much time does the video shoot take?

Home tours are normally shot in less than two hours.

Community/Brokerage/Agent/Business profiles are normally shot in two to three hours.

Wine and "Cheeeze!" parties take about one hour for every four agents.

Following the shoots, all post production is handled at our studios.

Do I need to be on-site for the video tour?

No, but Reel Productions TV does advise that an agent or homeowner be present during the filming.

How long will it take to complete my video?

Video home tours take an average of 3 to 7 business days from booking to delivery of product. Rush orders are available for an additional charge...please contact us directly for all rush orders. Community/Brokerage/Agent/Business profiles may require an additional week due to the additional editing. Custom production projects will vary on delivery time based on the individual project needs.

What is the length of a typical video from Reel Productions TV?

The average attention span of the average viewer is no more than 2 minutes. Because of this fact, Reel Productions TV does its best to not go far beyond the 2 minute length. However, larger properties and in-depth video projects (such as training videos, recruiting videos, product demonstrations, etc) may require additional time.

Where can I post my video?

Anywhere. Reel Productions TV releases the copyrights for you to use your video anywhere you would like...on your website, other real estate websites, blogs, e-mails, etc. We will provide you with a link so you can easily post on your videos.

Can I cancel or reschedule my video tour?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a Video Tour, please call us at 678-571-5728. Schedule changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled video shoot may incur a rescheduling fee.

Can I get still photos for my listing?

Yes. Reel Productions TV can take screen shots of your video and deliver them to you on a DVD as an additional service.

What georgraphic area do you cover?

Reel Productions TV is based out of Metro Atlanta but serves clients nationwide. Please contact us if you are outside of the Metro Atlanta area.

When do I have to pay for the video tour?

Full payment is due immediately upon project completion. Larger orders may require a 50% deposit for production to commence.

Forms of Payment?

Reel Productions TV accepts cash, checks (made out to Reel Productions TV) or credit cards.

Terms and Conditions:

I have read and I understand the Reel Productions TV Terms and Conditions:
(1) ALL LIGHTS in the home MUST BE TURNED ON, the home MUST BE CLEAN, the home MUST BE READY FOR FILMING BEFORE THE VIDEOGRAPHER ARRIVES. If the home is not prepped for filming upon the videographer’s arrival (i.e. lights NOT turned on, home NOT cleaned and ready for filming, etc.) an additional fee will be added to your invoice in the amount of $50 for every 15 minutes of waiting and/or prepping. (2) The voiceover script for your video tour will be written BASED ON THE INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOU IN THE ORDER FORM. After the video has been made, if you request any changes to narration resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information given by you in this order form, you will be billed at an additional hourly script rate of $200. (4) INCOMPLETE ORDER FORMS WILL BE REJECTED.
(5) Payment is due, in full, upon the completion of the video if not paid prior. If payment is made by check, it should be made out to REEL PRODUCTIONS TV and mailed to 3350 Vista Creek Drive Dacula, GA 30019. VIDEO TOURS WILL NOT BE RELEASED OR POSTED TO ANY SITES UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. For your convenience, you may pay online using your credit card. (6) Reel Productions TV reserves the right to use any part of all videos produced for portfolio and marketing purposes.
